Pulse provides AI system observability, including real-time health monitoring, anomaly detection, and operational evidence reporting. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Ghost Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
